Hints of lemon bring lift and freshness, while subtle artichoke notes add depth and complexity. Light-bodied with gentle acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. The cup is exceptionally fresh and vibrant, capturing the aroma and character of newly harvested tea leaves. Bright vegetal notes are balanced by a smooth texture and clean sweetness. We enjoy this tea by lightly crushing the leaves before steeping, allowing its fresh, green character to fully express itself in the cup.
